This position requires 5 years of experience as a player at the professional, semiprofessional, top collegiate, or youth academy levels. Only collegiate playing experience at the Division 1 or Elite Division 2 or Division 3 program will be considered. Youth academy must be associated with a professional soccer team. Must possess USSF B, UEFA B, or higherlevel license. Must possess strong, effective communication skills since communicating with parents, players, and other coaches is an essential characteristic of the job.
