Specific Skills

Candidates must possess, at minimum, a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related. All candidates must also possess knowledge, as evidenced by passing a basic technical proficiency test, of three out of the six following subject matter areas 1 user interface application development; 2 serverclient application development, 3 C#, Javascript andor Typescript programming languages; 4 application of software engineering design principles; 5 software documentation procedures including software requirement specifications, design documentation, and functional tests; and 6 user interface graphical designs, including the ability to read, understand, and implement such designs.
