Korean Language Skills.br br Originally founded in Seoul, Korea our company specializes in providing highlevel recruiting services for Korean companies doing business in AsiaPacific, China, and Americas. Approximately 75 of our hiring company clients are global Korean companies with whom our HR recruiting specialist needs to communicate in Korean language. Most of the hiring companies require Korean language skills as one of the minimum qualifications for their candidates and approximately 60 of job candidates we need to recruit for them are Koreans whose native language is Korean. Therefore, our HR recruiting specialist needs to use Korean language skills approximately 70 of his time performing his or her job duties because he or she needs to be in constant communication with our clients in order to build and maintain relationship with our key clients; to report and share information to them; to initially contact and evaluate job candidates; to manage qualified candidate submittals to the hiring company clients, followups, and coordination of interview; act as a mutual representative and promoter for our hiring clients and job candidates in the recruiting process; to facilitate the selection and offer negotiation process through completion, etc.br br The ability to have strong and efficient communication skills in Korean language is absolutely necessary for our HR recruiting specialist to successfully perform his or her job duties. Failure to have clear communications with our hiring company clients and their job candidates will hinder the efficiency of the services we provide. Therefore, the requirement in fluency in the Korean language is a business necessity and not a personal preference.
