Must have 5 years of experience with detailed product knowledge of all range of the following coupling categories Flexible couplings, Highlyflexible couplings, Gear couplings Double and single engagement, AllSteel Disc couplings, Fluid couplings including providing pre and post sales technical support and preparation of detailed technical proposals, including product demonstrations and product prototypes. Must have 3 years of experience in project business aiming towards couplings for the wind or railcar industry to be able to support these market segments specific installation solutions; ability to define and implement local manufacturing and assembly competence for couplings to address flexible market requirements and increase the companys market share. Must have 1 year of experience in railcar couplings to coordinate and take responsibility in BuyAmerica compliant couplings, support in establishing a local supply base, taking responsibility in the process from material sourcing, through first article inspection, to series production; Must demonstrate capability to supervise and provide technical guidance to develop coupling employees including regular reviews and target settings to maximize the teams efficiency and contribution to the companys financial targets; Knowledge of process of setting annual business targets deducting short, mid and long term strategies and taking corrective actions to achieve the companys targets. Approximately 20 travel required.
