Must have experience with Application Development throughout the entire project lifecycle. Must have experience in Application Production Support Analyst role, ITIL processes and practices. Must have experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as SPLUNK, DynaTrace, Opnet. Must have demonstrated knowledge of the JavaJ2EE technology stack and web technologies.
