cont. from H.11 assist the construction administration process through site visits, OAC ownerarchitectcontractor meetings, field observations reports, PCRs Propose change requests, Field Memos, Construction Submittals and RFIs; build client relationships through the project design, documentation, construction and completion with responsive and thoughtful interactions and correspondence.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus coursework or internships to include meeting with client representatives, staff, and teachers to develop intended vision, goals, needs and project requirements through collaborative workshops and design presentations using color coded floor plans by departments, 3D sketches, general and specific relevant data previously collected, graphic charts and diagrammatic imagery achieving a complete detail area program with input from each user department; researching and implementing information related to local and international building codes and regulations for incorporation into the design process; developing a thorough site analysis study by researching adjacent areas, site topography, site accessibility, adjacent landmarks and typology of adjacent buildings to create diagrammatic basis of information that will be input into the design development; developing multiple concepts for the project through extensive research of building types, world and local architectural tendencies, site analysis, applicable code requirements and owner directives; developing floor plans, elevations, sections, hand sketches, 3D Models and diagrams using multiple 2D and 3D Graphic tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, Enscape, Vray, Maya, 3DsMax, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; translating clients vision, goals, budget and program requirements into the design process with open communication through emails, presentations, and client involved collaboration sessions and workshops; researching materials and products for the exterior facades coordinating with representatives pricing and product data; providing the design intent and direction of the interior spaces by exploring materials, colors, lights, ceilings, textures, and volumes through product selection, pricing information and communication with the product representatives; creating interior designs concept floor plans, elevations, sections, hand sketches, 3D Models and diagrams for 2D and 3D Graphic representations through Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, Enscape, Vray, Maya, 3DsMax, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; coordinating and executing the construction documents for projects using the 3D Model in Revit including identifying information required for demolition plans, site plans, detail site sections, floor plans, ceiling plans, wall sections, detail sections, enlarged exterior details, enlarged interior details, millwork elevations, finish floor plans, door hardware, window and material schedules; creating experiential materials for clients including physical models, material boards, render imagery, emerged virtual reality walkable videos of the spaces using 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, and programs including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Enscape and Rhino.
