Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressively responsible, postbaccalaureate experience working as a technical designer within the retail operations of a luxury brand. Experience must include working on multiunit contract projects; designing kitchens, including designing European cabinetry kitchens, closets, and wall systems; managing design personnel in following design processes, including providing training on new products; and preparing highend design presentations for potential clients. Demonstrated ability to review drawings for accuracy using advanced knowledge of AutoCAD; 3D software such as Rhino 3D or Fix; Photoshop; and Illustrator. Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 2 trips per year of 1 week per trip. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
