Requires 10 years of experience formulating and deploying longterm strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and costeffective technologies; managing IT department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, operating costs, and productivity levels; organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources; developing and maintaining project charters, communication plans, and project work break down structures using approved tools; overseeing all phases of bid process for all hardware and software purchases; and managing IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
