Specific Skills
Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field and two 2 years of experience in applying and implementing continuous improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, within manufacturing industry. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree, plus five 5 years of experience as described above. At least 2 years of experience required in Six Sigma principles including DMAIC, DMADV DFSS methodologies, capability, root cause analysis, normal and nonnormal data statistical analysis, project and stakeholder management, change management and programs. Two years of experience in data structuringanalysis and problem solving, and JMP experience required for statistical analysis.
