In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a PhD or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology or related field.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is Two 2 years of experience in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Clinical Pharmacology, Modeling and Simulation or a combination thereof. All experience must be post Bachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Academic background or work experience to include Experience with PKPD Modeling and Simulation Software such as PhoenixWinnonlin, ADAPT5 and NONMEM Experience in supporting early discovery programs with PBPK and doseresponse modeling skills for lead selection and optimization. Experience in supporting preclinical drug development and translation to humans or patients with interspecies scaling skills and modeling for human dose selection and managing multiple CRO studies for bioanalytical method development and PK data quality evaluation. Experience in supporting clinical programs and phase transitions from Phase I to Phase II and III with population PK and PKPD modeling skills, and ability to evaluate population and disease factors or covariates which could impact study design and clinical outcome. Experience with authoring and reviewing key preclinical and clinical, and regulatory documents including study protocols and reports, PKPD modeling reports, investigator brochures, IND, and scientific publications in peerreviewed journals.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.10A.
