Ten 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include ten 10 years with defining system architecture and designing software systems responsible for the automation of securities lending trade booking, trade lifecycle and trade processing functions for a securities lending business; and working through full Software Development Lifecyle processes, including interacting with users to elicit requirements, designing and developing application functionality, conducting direct user acceptance testing with users, and postrelease production support. Prior experience must include seven 7 years with hiring, mentoring and training of professionals across the globe to deliver on securities lending business priorities; providing advice to business on system capabilities to satisfy regulatory, legal, compliance and audit enquiries for enhancements; leading a globally distributed team to drive execution of projects to deliver on business goals; and liaising with external vendors in the securities lending market. Prior experience must include five 5 years with engaging in ongoing strategic planning with business stakeholders to enable the evolution of securities lending systems to support new business opportunities, ongoing system upgrades and capitalizing on continuous improvement opportunities; and performing business processing mapping and reengineering. Travel is required 2 or 3 times a year to work with users in other locations.
