Must have Masters degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field of study will accept foreign educational equivalent and 24 months of experience in the job offered of Senior Architectural Professional or in the alternate occupation of Architect, Architectural Designer, or related occupation, or any combination thereof. The 24 months of experience required must include 12 months of experience with each of the following preparing conceptual design and design development materials for review and presentation utilizing Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; performing facade detailing for multiple types of buildings including visualization, material specification, and documentation in coordination with consultants; coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with consultants during schematic design, design development, and construction document phases for either laboratory or academic building projects; and reviewing shop drawings and product samples to maintain quality control during construction.
