Specific skillsother requirements Must possess five 5 years of experience with the following performing PeopleSoft full lifecycle implementations, business process reengineering and upgrades; conducting fitgap analyses and mapping business needs into PeopleSoft Financials applications such as Travel and Expenses, Project Costing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger; setting up multicurrency, allocation rules, accounting rules, and software capitalization rules using PeopleSoft Allocations, Project Costing and General Ledger, applying accounting concepts such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP and Statement of Position SOP; conducting business modeling and designing use cases, entity relationship diagrams, and data mapping; setting up application parameters configuration and customizing PeopleSoft Financials applications, including user interface and application logic; performing PeopleSoft Development using PeopleTools such as Application Designer, Component Interfaces, File Layout, Data Mover, Integration Broker, PeopleSoft Query, Tree Manager, Workflow and Process Scheduler; programming in PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine and PLSQL; using PeopleSoft database table structures and layout and developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition OBIEE, BI Publisher, XMLXSLT, PeopleSoft Query and Crystal Reports; providing post production support and backend solutions, troubleshooting PeopleSoft Travel Expenses, Project Costing, and CA Computer Associates Clarity covering all Project Costing integration points; providing analytical support to the business teams, including developing database scripts and procedures, and writing SQL queries; and using database management toolsets and utilities such as TOAD, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, Quality Center, and StarTeam.
