Must have at least 4 years of prior work experience in each of the following 1 Certifying primary component and subcomponent testing and analysis methods validation for commercial jets under Federal Aviation Regulations FAR Part 25. 2 Acting as Company representative in presenting critical certification strategies for composite damage tolerance, bonded joints, bonded repairs, and sandwich structures to Federal aviation authorities. 3 Overseeing supplier teams and internal staff on all aircraft composite structures integration activities including the fuselage, wing, and empennage. 4 Executing program level rampup and secured quot;clean sheetquot; aircraft design for Preliminary Design Review and Critical Design Review phases by mitigating technical and program issues including aircraft detailed design sizing, FAR Part 25 certification requirements and Tier 1 supplier selection. 5 Directing crossfunctional teams of stress, weights, design and certification. Lead structures integration to solve certification deliverable roadblocks including supplier requirements management, advanced materials manufacturing and resource planning. 6 Coordinating a team of engineers to identify and mitigate risks related to complex and novel design including hybrid compositemetallic bolted joints, bonded structures and sandwich structures.br br 25 to 35 International and Domestic travel fully reimbursed by the employer.
