Experience must include five years of assessing potential business strategy, legal, and technology risks associated with the processing of personal data; applying legislative and regulatory requirements from the following authoritative sources U.S. privacy legislation, including HIPAA, CANSPAM, COPPA, FCRA, GLBA, and state privacy and data breach laws, international privacy legislation, including from the EU, Asia, Australia, and Canada, and NIST 80053, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, and ISO 31000; developing information security and data privacy assessment frameworks for clients across multiple industries and conducting security and privacy assessments to leverage frameworks and help clients identify critical gaps in controls implementation and mitigate risks; assisting clients in developing strategic roadmaps for information security and privacy risk mitigation; and establishing thirdparty risk management frameworks across client organizations to help clients engage, manage, and terminate vendor organizations securely. Experience must include three years of assessing, designing, building, and operationalizing enterprise privacy programs for clients in compliance with privacy regulations; leading clientfacing meetings, liaising with executive level personnel, and managing multiple work streams and associated deliverableswork products through the full lifecycle of an engagement; mentoring and coaching globally located junior team members in areas of information security and privacy including data subject rights management, privacy impact assessments, incident response, and establishing governance models; facilitating and leading technology riskrelated training programs and initiatives, and conducting security and privacy trainings for clientele business groups, including Marketing, Finance, Digital, HR, and IT Security, to help implement privacy by design PbD and expedite regulatory compliance; and managing and supervising preparation of overall engagement strategy and business plans for engagements, including the scoping analysis of global entities and timingextent of engagement procedures.
