Required skills Must have 2 years work experience in each of the following financial controlling financial auditing, budget forecast development, variance monitoring, and cash analysis for JIT and component production plants; applying IFRS for large, multinational company; managing direct and indirect cash methodologies for actual and forecasted periods for multiple production sites; providing key user training on ERP and analytical reporting systems used in JIT and component production plants, including data input and retrieval using SAP and Oracle Hyperion Enterprise; developing monthly RD results, budgets and forecasts for all phases of automotive programs; reconciling RD actual and budget costs by Cost Center; considering currency fluctuations and tax requirements to consolidate global financial accounts; applying program controlling tools including IBM Planning Analytics to monitor and manage deviations from business plans; implementing SAP financial and manufacturing modules for production sites. Must have 1 year work experience managing internal controls, assessing process compliance, and leading action plans for production sites, central services, programs, and RD centers. Experience may be acquired concurrently.br br This is an advanced position with Faurecia Automotive Seating responsible for overseeing financial analysis and controlling activities for North American Division, to include profitability analysis and development and implementation of financial reporting standards, processes, and policies. Because this is a critical position requiring extensive knowledge of applicable financial concepts, a bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance, or foreign equivalent degree, and 3 years experience in a controlling position with Tier1 automotive interiors supplier, are required.
