Ph.D U.S. or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field. Three 3 years of experience in the position offered or a related investment management position. Prior experience must include two 2 years of experience with programming and quantitative financial analysis using coding languages C or C# or other languages based on these as well as statistical software packages R or Matlab; identifying and analyzing multiasset including equities, fixed income, currencies, credit, and commodities risk premia exposures in order to inform investment decisions; analyzing hedge fund investment processes and styles, encompassing Equity Long Short, Macro, Relative Value, as well as Event Driven; financial modeling experience, including the ability to identify and manipulate relevant data and to conduct advanced econometric analysis both timeseries as well as crosssectional econometric techniques to determine the design of systematic investment strategies; managing investment vehicles in accordance with the regulatory environment, including the 1940 Investment Company Act and the framework for Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities UCITS, for fund management; synthesizing and presenting research analysis, recommendations, and implications of investment decisions to senior management as well as clientfacing personnel; and analyzing, aggregating, and summarizing portfolio exposures and portfolio risks for internal and external reporting purposes as well as reporting to regulatory authorities.
