Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field, or foreign equivalent with at least five 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a chemical andor process engineer working on technical development of oil refinery processes and unit operations, refining industry standards. Experience must include working on plant experimentation and data analysis, technology review of facilities, proposal development and feasibility studies for potential plant upgrades or technology retrofits, and working within a technology licensing organization, designing tailored technology packages.
