Must have two years of prior work experience in the position offered or directly related identifying suppliers and competitors in the supply chain management for caustic soda market in Latin America; applying knowledge of tax rules, supply chain management and security regulations, strategic economic zones, import export terms, and customs requirements to negotiate and execute commercial contracts for storage and transportation; evaluating and identifying storage facilities for caustic soda tanks in Latin America; identifying largest Latin Americas consumers of caustic soda; creating partnerships with freight companies in Latin America to become more efficient than the competition; identifying and have business relationships established with sulphuric acid consumers and producers in Mexico and Colombia; dealing with PEMEX in petrochemicals including benzene and pyrolysis liquid; applying knowledge of price movements and fundamentals including FX effect for caustic soda within Latin America; evaluating and identifying storage companies that provide quality tanks with strategic and competitive geographic locations; and dealing with port authorities and vessel agents within Latin America. Must pass CALIPER. Must be willing to travel internationally 35 of time.
