Experience working with operational risk framework components including assessment processes, measurement techniques, and monitoring practices. Knowledge of operational risk data element types, features and attributes, including ability to assess and manage data quality and integrity. Experience working with operational risk data, including defining metrics and developing risk monitoring and reporting deliverables. Experience analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of data from multiple platforms, systems and organizations. Experience with data visualization and design of risk analytics dashboards and applications. Demonstrated ability to define business and functional requirements of systems and applications and to perform solution design analysis. Experience in project management of large programs including strong ability to interface with technology, business leads and senior management. Experience with data mining and statistical analysis using excel, SQL and R. Experience with business intelligence tools including Cognos, Qlikview and Tableau.
