Must have at least advance level coursework or project background in the following 1. Advanced metrology and testing systems in any of the following Tensile and Compressive Force testing systems, Automated Inspection Metrology Systems CMM, VIEW, or NEXIV, Thermal Industrial Ovens Curing, Annealing, or Drying, or Functional Electrical Test Systems ITC, PWX, or PRVX. 2. Calibrating, verifying and validating metrology and test equipment operating in control and measuring within acceptable testretest errors. 3. Manufacturing process development including fixture, tooling and DFM. 4. Working on mechanical drawing, GDT, and metrology designs. 5. Utilizing statistical methods MSA, Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments to establish robust process controls and healthy process capability, analyze process yield data and drive first pass yield improvement. 6. Work experience with the development of new process technology and capabilities, and successful transfer from pilot run to high volume capability. 7. Quality and continuous improvement methodologies including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA, Rootcause Analysis RCA, Lean Manufacturing, 5s, 8D, corrective actions, or AutoCAD software.
