Masters degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative field. Eight 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include eight 8 years of experience with performing financial modelling and pricing of derivatives to ensure prices and analytics are written correctly and valid numbers produced; working with Objectoriented programming tools, such as C or Java, to design efficient infrastructure and flexible data models; developing tools, models and analytics to support derivatives trading; and navigating and operating in an organization with a large, enterprise codebase of more than 160 million lines of code. Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience with financial derivatives experience in an asset class, such as Interest Rate or FX, for vanilla and exotic options, in order to ensure trades are quoted correctly; and development and support of risk reports, coding the required analytics, testing accuracy and robustness, and leading business on how to use the new functionality. Prior experience must include one 1 year of experience with working on project teams, coordinating projects across multiple teams, and mentoring and leading more junior employees.
