Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following Analyzing financial statements and computing key leverage metrics including debtEBITDA, FFODebt and interest coverage using company filings, Bloomberg, SNL Financial, and Microsoft Excel, in order to determine the relative strength and attractiveness of each companies under coverage; Understanding and analyzing key terms of pending utility rate cases using Public Utility Commission filings, including authorized Return on Equity, authorized equity layer, as well as alternative rate making mechanisms, in order to assess the relative strength of each regulatory jurisdictions impacting companies under coverage; Analyzing supplydemand dynamics of key power markets including PJM, ERCOT, CAISO, ISONE, and NYISO using Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and SNL Financial in order to assess the relative attractiveness and outlook of each Independent Power Producers under coverage; and, Analyzing and summarizing key credit covenants using Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, credit agreements and indentures, including computing financial covenants, determining lien limitation and incremental debt capacity as well as change of control triggers in order to establish the relative structural strength of particular credit issues. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree in a stated field plus 3 years of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. 25 domestic travel required, as necessary.
