Prior work experience must include three 3 years of experience with managing global institutional portfolios and performing quantitative portfolio management analysis including using multifactor optimization models to review and construct investments across multiple asset classes to meet a desired investment objective; experience must span a global investor base from multiple jurisdictions and functional currencies; leading portfolio reviews and discussing investment topics including markets and investment outlook, drivers of portfolio performance, factor risk budgeting, and asset allocation analysis with senior investment professionals such as a Chief Investment Officer CIO or a Head of Asset Allocation; applying portfolio theory principles, including CAPM, multifactor model, and modern portfolio theory, to custom asset allocation analysis and apply quantitative metrics to analyze performance of strategies; preparing detailed memos, synthesizing due diligence process and final recommendation, and presenting investment decisions to asset allocation, investment and implementation committees; conducting investment research and analyses and applying alternative risk premia strategies via both funds and derivatives across equity, rates, credit, currencies and commodities; presenting to clients of varying levels of sophistication and addressing questions on investment performance and attribution, fee structures and investment implementation options; and analyzing macroeconomic trends and markets to identify opportunistic investment themes used to help inform and create client portfolios, and to effectively assess and evaluate current portfolio positioning. FINRA Series 63 and Series 7 required. Travel required international or domestic up to 15 of the time per year to meet with both current and prospective clients, present at meetings, and attend conferences.
