Specific Skills

The five 5 years progressive postbaccalaureate experience required in Section H must be in a computer engineering position or related occupation. Experience must include three 3 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 applying advanced knowledge in troubleshooting multitier enterprise applications, relational databases with a strong knowledge of application servers, SQL and PLSQL; 2 reading various server and application logs, heap dumps, thread dumps and database trace files to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues; 3 improving performance, reducing bottlenecks, optimizing application processing and detecting laze coding practices by applying knowledge of cloud application architecture and efficiency in tuning cloudbased solutions and applications; 4 prioritize and manage multiple incidents using excellent customer interaction skills; 5 overseeing Incident management, Problem management and Change management; 6 utilizing process knowledge to manage and track requirements, design, as well as contracts and contractual agreements; 7 Object Oriented Design, Java programming with multitier J2EE applications, and applying deep level understanding of JSF, Spring, and Hibernate; and 8 developing or supporting applications designed and hosted on Outsystems platform with knowledge of business processes, installations, farm configurations and troubleshooting applicationplatform integration issues. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program.
