The prior work experience must also include 1 year of supervisoryleadership experience.br br Instead of the above primary requirements, the employer is willing to accept a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent foreign degree, plus 4 years 48 months of prior work experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or a directly related job.
