Prior experience must include 2 years of experience in Air cooled heat exchangers manufacturing processes, including welding procedures including MTIG, SAW, and GMAW; 2 years of experience in Air cooled heat exchangers manufacturing processes, including inspection procedures used including Magnetic particle testing, Liquid penetrant testing, Ultrasonic testing, Hardness testing and Factory Acceptance test; and 2 years of experience using HTRIXACE to determine the following rowpass configuration; size; number of tubes; air flowed required; size and type of fans; and motor selection.
