The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Factors in Information Design, HumanComputer Interaction, Information Design or a related field PLUS three 3 years in the job offered or in a related occupation. The position also requires demonstrable experience with the following qualitative research methods including running usability studies and lean usability tests; performing moderated and unmoderated user research studies; conducting customer research interviews, ethnographic studies, focus groups, and guerilla testing; and writing expert heuristic review; documenting research findings, to include affinity diagramming, quantitative analysis, and highlevel and detailed reports; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; quantitative research tools including Qualtrics, UserTesting, UserZoom, and Validately as well as Quantitative Research experience with, card sorts, tree tests, and AB tests; recording software including Camtasia and Morae; using collaboration software including GoToMeeting, Google Drive, Microsoft Office 365, Mural, and Slack; Design Thinking and Lean UX; facilitating Design Thinking and Lean UX workshops, to include creating personas and journey maps; writing problem and hypothesis statements; brainstorming; and ideating and sketching concepts and prototypes; conducting accessibility audits, to include an understanding and use of WCAG, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack; collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams in an agile environment.
