Specific Skills

Must have 4 years of experience with investment banking transactions as a global financial institution in the job offered or a related finance occupation. Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following Executing various MA transactions, initial public offerings, followon offerings, and investment grade and noninvestment grade debt offerings; Developing financial analyses and detailed valuation models, including LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, sumoftheparts, and IPO pro forma analysis; Performing comprehensive valuation analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions; Preparing client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents; and Analyzing market data and competitive dynamics utilizing AC Nielsen, Euromonitor, Factset, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Factiva. 25 domestic and international travel required, as necessary.
