Experience must include five years of providing advice, guidance, and assistance on entitys compliance with regulations issued by Federal Reserve Board FRB, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency OCC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau CFPB, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation FDIC, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission CFTC; banking and securities industry experience, including experience with banking and financial products, consumer banking, and derivatives; performing data analytics and summarizing large amounts of data to identify issues, remediation, and aid the decisionmaking processes; performing analysis of bank regulatory requirements, including recovery and resolution planning, DoddFrank Title VII, and Regulation Z; reviewing new banking regulations and their implications for the banking industry, including designing business requirements and reporting processes; developing financial market utilities FMU continuity substantiation playbooks for large US banks to ensure continuity of access to payments, clearing, and settlement systems in a resolution scenario; developing recovery and resolution governance playbooks for the boards of banking, brokerdealer, and operating subsidiaries of large US banks; assessing current state processes, policies and procedures, and developing target state recommendations for regulatory compliance and remediation efforts related to DoddFrank Title VII and EMIR regulations for overthecounter derivatives; and overseeing engagement workstreams with global team members, developing client deliverables, communicating results or observations to seniorlevel client contacts, and mentoring and coaching junior members of the engagement team.
