Requirements must possess a Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Investment or a related field, and three years of experience in real estate investment analysis. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Investment or a related field and five years of experience in real estate investment analysis. Experience must include three years of performing real estate investment analysis and supporting the structuring and execution of at least 25 transactions by underwriting, analyzing capital structure, and assisting in the sourcing and raising of debt and equity, specifically with respect to residential real estate transactions valued at a minimum of 250 million.br br Qualifications of the foreign national As detailed in Section J Alien Information, the foreign national, Mr. Zhao, possesses a Master of Science degree in Real Estate with concentrations in Finance Investment from New York University School of Professional Studies 2015. In addition, he possesses in excess of three years of experience in real estate investment analysis. This experience also includes three years performing real estate investment analysis and supporting the structuring and execution of at least 25 transactions by underwriting, analyzing capital structure, and assisting inbr the sourcing and raising of debt and equity, specifically with respect to residential real estate transactions valued at a minimum of 250 million. Specifically, Mr. Zhao was employed with Naftali Group LLC as an Analyst within the Acquisition Development division from June 15, 2015 to July 27, 2016. Moreover, from August 1, 2016 to the present, he has been employed as an Acquisition Finance Analyst with Highpoint Property Group LLC. See Section K for additional details.br br Please note that the position of EVP Acquisition Finance is not substantially comparable to the position of Acquisitions Finance Analyst, as the positions require the performance of different job duties more than 50 of the time. As evidenced by the positions descriptions, there is little overlap in job duties. As an Acquisitions Finance Analyst, Mr. Zhao conducted research and financial analysis, which was used by senior managers to make investment decisions. He analyzed the capital structure of real estate acquisitions and performed lowlevel administrative duties by coordinatingbr various functions of transactions, such as underwriting and closing processes, and performing research to source and raise debt and equity. This involved performing financial analysis using excel, collecting due diligence materials and preparing closing statements. Moreover, he drafted Letters of Intent and Business Terms for purchases and sales agreements. Within the real estate development industry, this is a supporting role which does not bear any responsibility for the success of investments, and does not involve negotiation with others in the real estate development process. The job opportunity EVP Acquisition Finance involves a much greater degree of responsibility. The EVP Acquisition and Finance is responsible for leveraging their personal and professional network to actively source and identify potential strategic commercial real estate investment trends and opportunities, and is also directly involved in decisionmaking and committing the companys resources to various investments. In contrast, the AF Analyst bears no responsibility for sourcing investment opportunities; they simply perform analysis of identified investment opportunities. Thebr EVP Acquisition and Finance has many external facing qualities, including performing investor relationship management duties and reporting on construction progress and project financial performance. In contrast, the AF Analyst does not perform investor relationship management duties.br br See Section K for additional details.
