Must have five 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Must have three 3 years of experience with scaled Agile SAFe, LESS in a handson leadership role e.g., Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager, or related. Prior experience must also include Leading multiple software delivery teams using a variety of latest technologies and contexts, including distributed teams across geographies and time zones; Facilitating conflict resolution and building consensus within a geographically distributed development team; Managing project risks, issues and contingency plans; Developing, coaching, training and mentoring developers, testers, senior management, product owners in the use of Scrum, modern software development practices, Kanban, ATDD, and XP technical practices; Experience with Agile estimation, including normalizing story point estimation across multiple teams; Resolving software delivery issues, including experience with software delivery lifecycle, including multitier application architecture, micro services, and data stores; Building and testing software or implementing DevOps; Knowledge of other approaches in the Agile space Kanban, Lean, etc.; Knowledge andor experience with widely successful Agile techniques, including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games; Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency; Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach for example, applying Burndown techniques, understanding Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.; and Applying written and verbal communication skills and effectively communicating with team members and management across full spectrum of seniority levels, from junior analysts to Clevel executives.
