Prior experience must include experience utilizing technology employed in the Biotherapeutics department, such as protein engineering, lead generation and associated immunology, protein expression and purification, analytical biophysics of proteins, andor advanced mass spectrometry; Experience with molecular and cell biology or biotechnology; Experience in mammalian cell culture, dealing with multiple cell lines and primary cell cultures, transfection methods; Experience with cell line engineering via gene knockout studies; Experience in molecular biology, DNA preparation, cloning, PCR, qPCR, and transformation of bacterial cells; Experience with analytical properties of molecules and methods used thereof MS, UVVis, Fluorescence spectroscopy, and SPR; Experience defending results to project and technical teams; Experience implementing proteinbr production with minimal supervision; Experience applying knowledge of basic theory and scientific principles; Experience working in a teamoriented environment and multitasking; Experience operating laboratory equipment with independence and troubleshooting; and Experience drafting portions of technical reports.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
