We are also a national leader in home lending with loan centers across the country.br br A Senior Default Data Programs Analyst with Flagstar Bank is a position that requires an individual with an advanced level of knowledge and experience in reporting development and servicing systems. The individual must have the ability to develop and implement enterprise scale reports and dashboards with various business intelligence BI reporting tools, such as Cognos, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or SAP. It is also important that the individual have experience performing these functions in a default environment. The individual must possess sophistication in complex technologyrelated subject matter to effectively respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, as required, to achieve the desired BI solution for the Bank.br br It is necessary that the qualified individual possess, at a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or foreign educational equivalent and a minimum of eight 8 years of postbaccalaureate experience in reporting development and servicing systems. Of the required 8 years, 5 years must include experience in developing and implementing enterprise scale reports and dashboards with various BI reporting tools i.e. Cognos, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or SAP with a minimum of 3 years in a default environment i.e. Foreclosure, Collections, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, or Real Estate Owned.br br Through the required formal education and experience, an individual acquires the technical skills and ability to develop and ensure the proper implementation of effective BI solutions in support of highly visible, complex, multiworkstream operational processes for the Bank. These skills are essential to effectively fulfill the technical duties and responsibilities of a Senior Default Data Programs Analyst.
