Specific Skills

Two 2 years of experience enhancing global backbone and datacenter infrastructures. Prior experience must include two 2 years of analyzing application data and traffic flow data to identify and improve on suboptimal network behaviors; working with network fundamentals including TCPIP, Ethernet, AddressingSubnetting, and VLANs; implementing service provider IGPs; developing backbone and edge routing policies, engineering and operations in a multitransit, multipeer environment; performing network engineering, operations and deployment; working with core backbone routers, layer 2 and layer 3 switches, Juniper MX, QFX, and EX series platforms, MPLSTE, IPV6, cluster networking, CLOS fabrics, router firewall policies and optical media; and, using BGP in a global network environment including understanding how routes disseminate in the Internet via peerings including Transit, Peering Exchanges, and Internet Exchanges.
