Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or working in corporate law with MA transactions. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field and 2 years of experience as stated, will accept a J.D. or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in the job offered or working in corporate law with MA transactions.
