Requires experience with the following dealing with taxfree reorganizations under IRC Sections 368 and 367 and foreign equivalent tax rules; Subpart F, foreign tax credit rules, and transfer pricing including cost sharing and other cost allocations under IRC Section 482; consolidated rules and regulations, subchapter C, net operating loss rules, and tax accounting; project management, business development, and presenting complex tax issues to various stakeholders. Must have either CPA license or similar foreign exambased accountant designation or JD. Eligible for Mobile Telework pursuant to Dells Flexible Work Solutions program.
