Specific Skills

Must have a Bachelors Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics or International Economics. Must have two years of investment analysis experience. The two years of experience must include experience with analysis of key business attributes and performance drivers; analysis of industry drivers and key trends; benchmarking competitive companies to identify relative strengths and weaknesses; involvement in financial markets, including debt capital markets and capital raising situations; performing analysis of historical and forecasted financial performance; creating investment returns analysis with multiple scenario assumptions; performing valuation of companies using a variety of techniques, including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis and discounted cash flow methodologies; participating in due diligence processes in MA and capital raising transactions; and creating presentations and analysis to succinctly describe analysis performed.
