Must have three 3 years of progressive experience in general international corporate practice, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to bankruptcy and reorganization at an international institution or related experience in law. Admission to the New York Bar. Must have two 2 years of experience in managing complex multijurisdictional bankruptcy transactions; coordinating with foreign local counsel in multiple jurisdictions; and drafting experience in relation to bankruptcy transaction documents such as, Chapter 11 pleadings, disclosure statements, plans of reorganization, plan support agreements, and related agreements.
