Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or with EDI and SAP configuration at a project level. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field and 2 years of experience as stated, will accept a Bachelors degree in stated field and 5 years of experience with EDI and SAP configuration at a project level. All stated experience must include the following EDI mapping and Master Data configuration; working with EDI file formats, trading partners and SAP IDocs; translating user requirements and customer and internal specifications for enhancements and extensions to EDI application interfaces and maps as well as for application system solutions; working in multidisciplinary teams on defining and designing application system processes and procedures; resolving business issues by working with system users, company management, consultants and software support staff; EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards; and, communication protocols including File Transfer Protocol FTP, SSH File Transfer Protocol SFTP and Applicability Statement 2 AS2. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience which would qualify an applicant for this position.
