Must have five 5 years of experience with Proxy Voting all global markets and associated nuances; Monitoring company proxies and third party reports, as well as conducting research, due diligence and identifying high profile proxy agendas; Managing technology related projects in addition to daytoday proxy voting related functions, including coordinating proxy voting process across multiple teams and associated policy overrides; Demonstrating attention to detail while conducting project management and execution of high volume proxy votes; Demonstrating expertise in Environmental, Social and Governance ESG investing and issues; Demonstrating ability to multitask while processing large volumes of information with critical deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy; Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and financial and ESG resource tools, such as Bloomberg; Applying knowledge of financial markets broadly with more specialized understanding of equity markets in particular; Working across various teams including Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to build consensus; Working on auditrelated projects to ensure compliance; and Communicating complex financial terminology to various stakeholder levels.
