Possess programming skills with scripting language such as Perl, TCLTK, Pythong and SQL or web page development;br 8. Maintaining industry standard DFT and design tools with either Synopsys, Mentor DFT tools, Synthesis or static timing process; andbr 9. Creating scan test, functional test, JTAG or Computer Aid Development.
