Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering Science and 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Requires 2 years of experience implementing process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing and statistical techniques; with injection or compression processes and equipment; with operations machine data collection software Minitab; and with cad systems such as Unigraphics and Teamcenter. Requires Six Sigma and Lean Certification.
