Experience must include three years of performing complex tax research and preparing memoranda utilizing tax research tools, including CCH, BNA, and LexisNexis, to outline findings and conclusions; supervising the development of onshore and offshore international compliance teams; supervising and monitoring client deliverables and due dates including tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, and writeup work for Partnerships and Corporations; utilizing tax software, including Gosystem, ONESOURCE, and Corptax, to prepare and review complex U.S. and multistate income tax returns for business entities, including consolidated and nonconsolidated Ccorporations and Partnerships; mediating between clients and state revenue departments to resolve multistate tax controversy matters relating to state assessments, notices, and audits; and reviewing state compliance work, including tax returns, estimates, and extensions in the manufacturing, banking, and financial services industries.
