Specific Skills

Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related field, plus one year of experience in pharmaceutical analytical testing. Must have one year in each of the following 1. Operating analytical instruments including UPLC, HPLC, Dionex, conductivity detectors, refractive index detectors, dissolution apparatus, FTIR, UVVis spectrophotometer, particle size analyzer, Viscometer, Density meter, and Osmometer; 2. Performing tests including dissolutions, wet chemistry, blend uniformity, content uniformity, Karl Fischer, assay, and related compounds for inprocess, finished, and stability samples of pharmaceutical products; 3. Troubleshooting and calibrating laboratory equipment, including UPLC, HPLC, and dissolution apparatus; and 4. Maintaining laboratory documentation GDP and laboratory practices GLP according to current good manufacturing practices cGMP.
