The individual must have the ability to implement technology solutions in a cost effective manner and effectively provide advice and counsel to stakeholders regarding solution designs and implementation. The individual must possess sophistication in complex technologyrelated subject matter to effectively respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, as required.br br It is necessary that the qualified individual possess, at a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering Computer, Systems, Electrical, or Electronics or foreign educational equivalent and a minimum of seven 7 years of postbaccalaureate experience working directly with technology or interfacing with technology. Of the required 7 years, 4 years must include experience working on moderate to complex projects utilizing software development methodologies SDMs such as Agile, SCRUM or Waterfall, and 2 years must include experience working with SQL, PLSQL and ETL mapping. Through the required formal education and experience, an individual acquires the technical skills and ability to develop and ensure the proper implementation of effective technology solutions for various lines of business within the Bank.
