Experience must include Proposal Project Management, including maintaining schedules,organizing resources, coordinating inputs and reviews, ensuring bid strategy implementation, ensuring compliance, resolving internal team issues, andbr providing process leadership. Experience must include working closely with SMEs at all levels of the organization, to bring in functional, technical, finance, and legal expertise when required to respond to prospectclient requirements; conducting legal review of proposal terms and conditions to identify red flags, and to articulate legal concerns to the sales team and in house legal teams; assembling proposal response teams, resources and tools to generate proposals under strict deadline constraints; evaluating RFx opportunities and providing input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, and business discussions to the sales team; collaborating with the account team to understand the customerprospects needs and how best to articulate software and services offerings in the Cloud to meet those needs;br Leadership of kickoff calls to discuss RFx requirements, assignments and timelines; Reviewing proposal documents for ethical and legal issues to ensure the bid response is compliant with corporate policies. Experience must include business writing experience and editing abilities that result in the design and creation of proposal content for both active pursuits and team collateral for future pursuits. Experience must include facilitating the development of key messaging, win themes, differentiators and proof statements, while shaping the alignment of the RFx with the value proposition, SAP differentiators and deal structure; Reviewing content provided by SMEs to ensure it is compliant, responsive and supports the win theme and messaging that meets the customers requirements; Applying suitable templates, messaging, and layouts that are compliant with RFx requirements for customer proposals, presentations, while creating standard and nonstandard documentation, including enclosures, appendices, etc.; Performing proofread and edit to ensure that final proposal content is consistent with corporate branding; and conducting gap analysis of existing database content to harvest appropriate reusable content for contribution to the content management database from completed proposal projects. 10 travel required.
