Requires Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field and 5 years of engineering experience. Requires 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering. Also requires 2 years of experience supporting the implementation of IQS at site level both domestically and internationally; deploying inspection equipment and their integration to IQS; implementing and changing procedures through Change Management; leading an engineering group; training various levels of an organization from Engineers to the hourly team members in the usage and utilization of IQS; implementing Statistical data gathering within IQS; working with blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, understanding of QSRISO regulations, design assurance, FMEA, and product testing methods, and using optical comparators and CMMs; and identifying critical personnel, gauges, procedures, and materials needed for the completion of projects. Requires 1 year of experience within IQS creating and optimizing projects. Domestic and international travel required up to 15 of the time.
