Apply principal design and hand calculation, utilize CAD tools including Autodesk Fusion 360 and Autodesk Inventor;br 2. Utilize Generative Design technologies like Topology to generate ideal load path shapes; conversion and modeling of ideal shapes;br 3. Assist with conceptual and engineering design tasks using Autodesk Design Suite. Assist with various simulation tasks using FEA, CFD, Optimization and other numerical solutions;br 4. Simulation Techniques utilizing FEA PreProcessors to build Simulation models and Fluid Dynamic Simulation with CFD tools;br 5. Design for Additive Manufacturing; design for Prototype and Manufacturing designs using CAD and Additive tools; test and evaluate design concepts for AM with printed scale models;br 6. Manage tasks, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders;br 7. Regular reporting to senior management on status of project and estimated time to completion;br 8. Advanced nonlinear techniques including Explicit Crash Simulation; andbr 9. Experience in calculating Reaction Forces and Kinematic acceleration with hand calculations.br br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and abroad.
