Managing monitoring invoicing process by reviewing applications for payment; liaising with contractors on requirements including releasing retainage, claims for materials offsite, etc., verifying that all materials onsite align with monthly contractor reports, updating schedule of values, and providing payment recommendations. Benchmarking performance against other commissions. Holding postcontract reviews to establish a lessons learned document and apply lessons to create training manual.
